FAQ

Common questions

A practical starting point for coaching, RAD:ICAL, and how sessions work.

What is life or relationship coaching?

I use the words life coaching and relationship coaching closely together because everything in life is a relationship. That can include your relationship with a partner, family, friends, colleagues, work, freedom, expectations, or yourself.

What happens in a coaching session?

We look at where you are now, what feels stuck or unclear, what you want to change, and what kind of next step would be most useful.

Do I need to know exactly what I want before booking?

No. Feeling like something is missing, feeling stuck, or not knowing how to name the problem is a very normal starting point.

Who is coaching for?

Coaching is for people who want more clarity, better communication, or support with a recurring pattern, transition, or important decision.

Do you work with individuals, couples, or both?

Both. General coaching can support individuals or relationship questions more broadly, while RAD:ICAL is a dedicated session format for couples.

What are the 6 human needs?

The 6 human needs are certainty, uncertainty, significance, love and connection, growth, and contribution. I use this framework to help you understand what drives you and which behaviours support or block your happiness.

Can sessions happen online?

Yes. If you prefer an online session, include that when booking or contacting me so we can arrange the format clearly.

What is the difference between coaching and RAD:ICAL?

General coaching is broader and can focus on life, relationships, patterns, decisions, or clarity. RAD:ICAL is a specific 90-minute session for couples who want to start a Relationship Agreement Document together.

What if I am unsure whether coaching is right for me?

That is a valid reason to book or reach out. You do not need certainty before taking the first step. A first conversation can help clarify whether coaching makes sense.
